Good planning, a nice environment and great meals are important ingredients for a successful conference. Grand Hotel Lapland is Gällivare's leading conference hotel withgreat and affordable conference packages along with a wide selection of activities.

The hotels conference and meeting rooms are flexible and ideal for board meetings or lectures. We offer free and unlimited internet access and the possibility for a telephone conference. We also have facilities for smaller events, workshops and exhibitions.

We have the pleasure to offer you 117 rooms, 3 conference rooms, sauna & leisure area, restaurant, bar, nightclub and an event room. On top of that, you have an opportunity to activities and adventures 365 days a year.

	Lilla Club: Our small room that is great for interviews or board meetings. The room has an oval table with 8 comfortable chairs.
	Stora Club: can seat up to 30 people. The room has 5 oval tables with 6 comfortable chairs at each table.
	Pelarsalen: Our biggest room that can seat up to 70 people theatre-style seating and up to 43 people school-style seating. Ideal for lectures or presentations.

All conference rooms are equipped with projectors, overhead projectors, whiteboards, and free unlimited WiFi along with pen and paper for all participants. You will also find water and mints. To compliment your day, we have a conference menu that offers tea and coffee, refreshments, and/or lunches.

We happily arrange conferences, meetings, dinners, teambuilding activities, weddings and events such as movie premieres, fashion shows, and product launches.
